Sophomore forward Zane Petty is leading a young team under the guidance of head coach Ryan Smith and while the team has taken their lumps this season, the Demons are learning and growing as a team.
We caught up with Zane Petty to learn more about this sophomore basketball player.
VYPE: Zane, what do you love most about this team and your teammates?
Petty: I love the fun we have on and off the court and how we get work done.
VYPE: Do you have a favorite subject in school or a favorite teacher?
Petty: My favorite subject in school is art with Mr. Cole. He is always talking to me about basketball and how I could make better plays on the court.
VYPE: Who has been a big influence in your life on or off the court?
Petty: Definitely my parents. They are always pushing me to be better and work harder every day.
