DEFENSE
Tully Booth will see most of his action on defense at end with Preston Bruehl at middle linebacker. Bruehl started all eleven games as a freshman and plays the game with passion and aggression beyond his years. Clay Phillips (5-10, 180, Sr.) lines up outside Bruehl in the 3-3 stack employed by the Demons. Phillips is one of the strongest players on the team and very dedicated in the weight room. Bryson Brooksher and Elijah Wright bring speed and quickness to the secondary. Duncan keeps finding ways to win under fourth year head coach J.T. Cobble. The Demons have made the playoffs the past three years and have developed grit and determination with several players seeing action on both sides of the ball. Expect more of the same in one of the state’s traditionally strong district pairings.
